Step 2: Choose weekend/weekday hourly or weekend/weekday full day rate. (If hourly then choose how many hours you would like to rent the sapce for.
Step 3: Fill out all of the booking info and agree to our policies and procedures.

How To Book:
Capacity: ___75____ Please send an email if you’d like to tour the space.
Events: Bridal or Baby Showers, Classes, Make & Takes, Makers’ Markets,
Craft Fairs, Group Meetings, Club Meetings, Family Celebrations,
Graduation Celebrations, Small Wedding Receptions, Class Reunions and
more
Bathrooms: 2 On-site bathrooms are accessible to guests; one is handicap
accessible and sizable
Parking: Hosts for events and guests that arrive early can use the private
parking lot behind the Community Room. Additional parking in the City lot
is adjacent to the South as well as street parking out front.
Included: The Community Room offers 6-6’ tables with 8 chairs each plus
additional seating/tables when necessary. 2 Larger buffet/gift tables are
included as well as 4 club chairs.
Kitchen: We offer a caterer’s kitchen: commercial grade refrigerator and 2
warming drawers. There is no cooking allowed on the premises; there is a
Stainless steel prep table in the kitchen a included and we have a butcher
block serving counter as well.
Set Up/Clean Up: You will be able to access The Community Room at the
start of your booked time. Please allow enough time for your set up and
clean up in your booked time. The key codes are timed, so please call if you
need more time for an unforeseen reason.
Don’ts: We ask that you not use glitter or confetti as it is so difficult to
remove from the flooring. We ask that you do not use tape, sticky glue or
pin/tack items to the walls. Any damage caused by any of this will be
deducted from your security/damage deposit. Absolutely NO SMOKING is
allowed.
TV/Wi-Fi: We have one large TV with Roku for ease of connecting to any
wireless laptop, phone or computer. Wi-Fi password will be on the
premises when you arrive.
The Details
Room Rental Rates and Details:
Hours: 6am -10pm
Rates:
Monday - Thursday $55/hour, 2 hour minimum
Friday, Saturday, Sunday $85/hour, 2 hour minimum
Friday, Saturday, Sunday full day $800
Full weekends, Recurring weekly/monthly events and Rentals of 4 hours or more will be priced separately
Rental Details:
We require a $200 security deposit in addition to the rental fee. Security deposits are refunded after inspection of the property and refunded within 3 days.
Full payment is due at booking time and payments are nonrefundable except for security deposit. In the event we can rebook your time slot(s), we will refund your booking in full.
Guest Responsibilities:
Your security deposit is fully refundable assuming there is no damage to the property, the furniture and appliances. You are responsible for your guests and their actions and we do recommend event insurance.
Please remember the building closes at 10pm so you’ll need to be cleaned up and exited the building and the parking lot.You are responsible to remove any garbage or trash upon exiting.
Garbage bags and cans are on-site located in bathroom storage cabinets. Any garbage left behind will be charged for with a $30 fee. All tables,chairs and kitchen surfaces must be wiped down; we have buckets in the bathroom mop area that can be used with white cloths to lightly dampen and clean tables and chairs. Dirty cloths can be left in marked bin in mop area.
Food and Beverage Information:
The Community Room is flexible when it comes to your food and
beverage needs. We work with several local caterers (see below) that
can assist you if you’d prefer; otherwise you are free to bring in your
prepared foods and beverages; although we do not allow Kegs nor
cooking of any kind.
The kitchen area has a commercial refrigerator, warming drawers
and stainless steel prep table.
You are also free to use some of the back parking area for grilling, but
no cooking or grilling is allowed indoors. You will have to supply your
own grill(s), utensils, etc.

Rental Responsibilities:
____ Wipe down all tables and chairs with damp cloth, no soap
____ Wipe down serving counter with dampened cloth, no soap
____ Sweep entire venue including kitchen area
____ Mop up any areas where food was served or needing attention
____ Bag all garbage and recycling and remove it from the venue, taking it with you upon exiting
____ Place all tables and chairs back to how you found them
____ Turn off all lights
____ Double check that all doors are locked and pulled shut tightly (especially front)
____ Return key to lockbox and double check doors upon leaving.
